How to ask for two doctors opinion from the same hospital without letting either side get upset?

My sister has double booked an appointment with a cardiologist and i have made an appointment for the next day with a doctor i have been talking to on a regular basis. How can i see both and I don’t want to lose both doctors or lose my doctor. he’s been discharged since 5 days and we have not until today spoken or discussed anything with a doctor. He was admitted in a government hospital.

You are always allowed a second opinion. Your question is confusing though. Is it you and your sister or are both appointment for you? Where does The Dr your afraid of losing enter into the equation?

U can frankly tell that U consulted another doctor for second opinion. But, do not tell the second doctor in advance, lest it may jeopardies his wisdom of accurate diagnosis.
It is Ur right to go for second/third/fourth opinion also. Only thing is that U’ve to pay for that.

Just ask. That’s obvious. If they have a problem, that’s their problem. It’s perfectly fine for you to get a second opinion.
