Hospitals

I would like to know if there’s a well known best hospital or place with highly qualified oculists, taking in consideration eye surgeries and such.
If that place is known, where is it? or if there are many, where are they?
If I am living overseas, is there a way to send oculists my technical reports from my local doctors to see if there’s any improvement I will get by visiting them abroad?

Well to be honest depending on what you will be seeing the doctor for. Um lets see! you will have to search many doctors beause eveeryone has their option experince on each doctor.
