Hospitals

I am trying to find a list of all of the different types of scans they have in hospitals … PET, MRI, CT, ect..

But I know there is alot more, but what are they?
If someone could please list them, or atleast give me a site with them listed,

i think that you are referring to medical imagining. There are a ton of different kinds, and they way that they decide which ones to choose are based on these parameters:

accuracy of test
dose of radiation it gives you
time it takes to run the test
availability of the instruments to run the test
cost of the test
what type of insurance you have
and so on…

MRI for example is super expensive, super accurate, is really expensive, gives you no radiation, and takes super long to do , so there is a wait list for it many times. that can make a doctor decide to do a different sort of test.
