What do hospitals do during a tornado warning?

I mean, are hospitals built to withstand a tornado?
Do they like have a basement?

"If the paging operator announces that a tornado warning has been issued for Fayette County and you are a
patient-care staff member:
- Move visitors and ambulatory patients to interior corridors. Close room doors.
- Move non-ambulatory patients away form windows. Close blinds, cover patients with blankets,
and close room doors.
- Move to an interior corridor.
If you are a non-patient care staff member:
- Move to an interior corridor or office
- Close room doors."
